Privacy of canceling your service and complaints

Orders received by Web Shop and can be canceled within 24 hours after completed payment for the service of building web sites and / or web hosting, and only in writing or via e-mail, while the incurred cost of such a cancellation charge to the client services amounting to 20% of the price stated for the ordered product or service.

Orders that are canceled within 24 to 72 hours after completion of the payment will be charged to the client services in an amount of 50% of the price stated for the ordered product or service.

Orders that are canceled within the subsequent 72 hours after completion of the payment will be charged for client services at 100% of the price stated for the ordered product or service.
